If you’re interested in baking a batch of beautiful THC Valentine’s Day Cookies, you’re going to need to get your hands on the following ingredients:
- ½ Cup Cannabis-Infused Butter
- ½ Cup Non-Medicated Butter Regular
- 2 ¾ Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 ½ Cups White Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Well, ladies and gentlemen, it’s about that time of year again. You know which one I’m talking about. The one where reds and pinks dominate every store display. When candies, chocolates, and flowers become the hottest commodity in town. That’s right, party people, I’m talking about everybody’s favorite love-filled holiday, Valentine’s Day.
This mid-February celebration of affection is one of the most beloved days of the year. It gives people a chance to show their significant other (or crush) just how much they mean to them through a series of heartfelt gestures and charming gifts. While you should always treat your loved ones with the utmost respect and devotion, Valentine’s Day serves as a great reason to straight-up spoil your girl or guy in the most creative and caring ways possible.
However, while the store-bought route is usually preferred, there’s something about a homemade creation that shows off a whole new level of admiration. Now, I’m not necessarily suggesting that you whittle your significant other a sculpture, or make them a macaroni frame. No, no, that sort of chicanery simply will not do. Not on this, the most romantic of all days.
I’m, of course, talking about whipping up a home-cooked meal for you both to enjoy. Sure, fine dining at a restaurant is nice, but it can be expensive. Not to mention crowded, especially on days like Valentine’s Day.
Also, that sort of gesture has been done to death. So much so, it doesn’t really offer up any extra “umph” when it comes time to reveal your “surprise” dinner plans. That’s why going for a more personal, intimate dinner at home is the best way to go, in my opinion.
And even if you think you can’t come through with a supremely tasty culinary experience, often times, it's the thought and effort that counts the most. But, if you find the right dessert to make, why, it can make any foul tasting entrée a distant memory with just one bite.
Yes, you could easily present her a heart-shaped box full of store-bought chocolates, but where’s the charm in that? Why not hand her some homemade heart-shaped cookies, instead? Sounds pretty good, right? I certainly think so.

Also, I don’t know about you, but one of the things I like to do the most after a nice meal with a loved one, is settle my newly-filled stomach with some good ol’ fashioned cannabis. And I’m sure your betrothed feels the same way, too.
Ah, if only there was a way to combine our shared love for dessert and cannabis into one creation. Why, that would be a great way to round out our romantic Valentine’s Day dinner.
Enter: THC Valentine’s Day Cookies.
That’s right, my fellow cannabis enthusiasts, I’m here to save your relationship with some killer THC Valentine’s Day Cookies that are guaranteed to take your date night to the next level, as far as relaxation goes, that is.
Instructions
Alright, once you’ve adequately assembled all of those necessary ingredients, we can get started.
Preheat that oven of yours to a solid 375°.
Then, as that baby heats up to our desired temperature, you’re going to want to grab a hold of a small bowl for mixing.
In that bowl, toss in your baking soda, flour, and baking powder. Take time in stirring these ingredients together to the best of your ability.
Once you feel like every ingredient has intricately intertwined itself with one another, place the bowl to the side for the time being. But, trust me, you’ll be needing it again very soon.
At this point, you’ll want to get your hands on a larger bowl, again for mixing purposes. In this bowl, add in your butters and sugar. Then, you’ll want to thoroughly cream these two ingredients together as best you can. Keep going until the mixture sports a super smooth consistency.
When that happens, beat in your egg. After that, toss in that predetermined amount of vanilla extract. Remember, a little of that stuff goes a long way, so don’t feel like you need to overcompensate with it for any reason. It will show up in the final flavor profile, trust me.
After you’ve beaten in the egg and added your vanilla extract, grab a hold of that small bowl of dry ingredients from before and, as you add it in with your wet ingredients, mix everything up together really, really well. Keep that going until the contents start to look like standard cookie dough.
Once you’re happy with how everything is looking, toss out a sprinkling of flour onto your countertop. Knead the dough out as much as you need to, until you can use your rolling pin to flatten it out to about a quarter-inch thickness. Once you’ve got yourself a big square of dough, grab your heart-shaped cookie cutter, and start cutting.
Strategically place each cookie on a greased baking sheet. Around this time, your oven should be good and ready. If it is, place this baking sheet of heart-shaped cookies inside of it, and leave it to cook for about 10 minutes.
You’ll know they’re done when they start to sport a nice golden brown complexion.
At that point, you can remove the cookies from the oven, and place them on a wire rack to cool off.
Once they are mellow enough to handle with your hands, you can go ahead, and present them to your loved one.
You’re done, love birds. That’s how you make THC Valentine’s Day Cookies for your significant other.

But, if you want to get real fancy with it, you can utilize the decorating properties of a frosting bag, equipped with a nozzle tip, and decorate these bad boys. That way you can expertly cover the exterior of each cookie with a color you think they would find visually pleasing, and that’s it.
Now, remember it’s very important to try your best at creating a solid dish for your loved one to enjoy first, but at least you’ll always have these little morsels of THC deliciousness to fall back on. Not only will they save the day (should it need saving), but they will taste great, and bring an overwhelming calm and comfort to the entire evening.
These THC Valentine’s Day Cookies are a consistent crowd-pleaser, and I have no doubt that they will make your special night-in with your girl/guy that much more enjoyable.
Also, if all else fails, just whip up a batch of these cookies the day before, say your oven broke, order in some grub, and surprise them with a huge plate full of cannabis delicacies right after.
