Problem
Signature created in the Gmail web interface does not show in the Gmail app for Android devices.
Environment
- Android Gmail Mobile app
Solution
- Create a signature in the Gmail app:
- Open the Gmail app.
- In the top left tap the menu the 3 lines.
- Scroll to the bottom, tap Settings.
- Tap Mobile signature.
- Enter the signature you want, in the Gmail app you can only text not images.
- Tap Ok.
Cause
Note: Signatures created in the Gmail web interface will not be replicating to iOS devices neither are the Gmail app for iOS devices
