Super Bowl LIV (that’s 54) marks the seventh time the San Francisco 49ers have made it to the Super Bowl, but that doesn’t mean the city takes game day for granted: Since the team hasn’t played in the big game since 2013, San Francisco is a town poised to party all day long. If you’re planning on hosting a watch party at home, there are loads of restaurants that offer game day special deliveries, including (but not limited to) wings in every possible preparation. Bars, of course, are luring customers (especially those of the cord-cutting variety) with drink specials and more. Here are the 10 places in San Francisco that are offering the best Super Bowl food and drink specials, and, for general reference, here are 22 of the San Francisco’s best sports bars.

Parkside surf/Mexican/sports restaurant and bar Underdogs Too will let the Niners faithful reserve a small table for $125 and a large one for $250 on Super Bowl Sunday — just email them at superbowlreservations@underdogstoo.com. They’re also offering nachos and beer as part of the reservation, but how much of either has yet to be fully confirmed.

The Outer Sunset’s newest bar is offering $18 bottles of Champagne (with a choice of juice), $20 buckets of beer, and a $2 taco menu from 3:30 to 7 p.m. on Super Bowl Sunday. They’re also accepting reservations for groups of eight or more. Contact them before Saturday at party@sunsetcantinasf.com.

Souvla, a fast-casual Greek restaurant, boasts four locations in SF, but that doesn’t matter right now, as their SouvlaBowl Wings — a Super Bowl Sunday-only dish of feta-brined wings tossed in Souvla wing sauce and served with a side of Souvla hot sauce and Greek cheese dip — is only available through delivery service Caviar. The wings are $13 per dozen, with a one dozen minimumrequired for purchase.

At longstanding Castro LGBTQ bar Midnight Sun, Jennifer Lopez’s halftime show is given as much priority as the game, itself — so if you’re after a spot that’s going to switch to the Puppy Bowl during the break, move along. On Super Bowl Sunday, Midnight Sun is offering free pizza (provenance undisclosed) from 1–6:30 p.m., and two-for-one co*cktails until 9 p.m.
All Tacolicious locations will be offering specials as they show the game Sunday, with taco and nacho specials and $29 margarita pitchers. (The all-day watch party at its Mission District location has sold out, but the mini-chain has three other SF spots to choose from). They’re also offering pick-up party packs of enough tacos, fixings, and beer to feed eight people for $240, available online via this link.

Located on the ground floor of Mid-Market’s Twitter building, seems like an ideal spot to tweet angrily/joyfully about the game as it’s played on five big-screen TVs. The bar is also offering some pretty sweet food deals: $0.49 jalapeño poppers, $4.90 nachos, and $4.90 puffy tacos, prices that make one wish SF’s team would change its name to the 01s, perhaps.
Is Pier 39’s Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., a chain restaurant named after a problematic character from a problematic movie, a place this website would recommend on any other day of the year? Unlikely. But on Super Bowl Sunday, Bubba Gump’s is offering an all-day happy hour that includes $3.50 well drinks, margaritas, and bloody marys. Besides, at halftime, you can go check out Pier 39’s sea lions.

The 90-inch TV screens of Virgin Hotel’s Upstairs at Commons Club will all be tuned to one thing this Sunday, and that one thing rhymes with looper goal. For $30 guests will enjoy unlimited wings and have access to drink specials and bottle service. Tickets are available here.

Anchor Public Taps, the taproom and pilot brewery for local beer label Anchor Steam, is hosting a free day-long watch party, projecting the game with an 8k lumen laser projector onto an 189-inch screen. Eighteen specialty Anchor beers will be on tap, including two new ones for this weekend: “Feels Good, Hazy!” a double IPA named after 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo and a Vienna lager called “Gold Rush.”
