When you wake up tomorrow morning, why not start your Christmas day the alkaline way?

Especially if you plan to indulge later on, breakfast is the perfect time to start the day off right, with greens, vitamins, minerals, plant-based protein, and antioxidants in both cacao and mint.

1 cup almond milk (or coconut milk)
1 large handful spinach
1/2 banana
2 - 4 tbsp. raw cacao (adjust to your preference)
2 tbsp. fresh mint
2 dates
½ cup ice (optional)
