Ingredients
1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (12 ounce) package peanut butter chips
12 ounces peanuts
Directions
Gather the ingredients.
Place chocolate and peanut butter chips in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stir frequently, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching, until melted, about 5 minutes.
Stir peanuts into the chocolate and peanut butter mixture.
Drop teaspoonfuls of mixture onto a waxed paper-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until firm, 30 to 45 minutes.
Cook’s Note
You can use roasted salted peanuts if you prefer a more salty-sweet flavor.
