1 How much money can I withdraw
You can withdraw as much money as you agree with your own bank (the card limit). The dispensing drawer of the ATM can process a maximum number of banknotes at the same time. If you want to withdraw more than this number, you can do so in several transactions.

2 Do I have to pay for a cash withdrawal?
Cash withdrawals are free when using a card from a country in the European Economic Area*. If you use a card from a country outside the EEA, you pay a surcharge of 4 euros per transaction. This charge is in addition to any fees that may be assessed by your card-issuing financial institution.
You can also opt for DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion). The ATM will convert the withdrawal into the currency of the card. Geldmaat charges a percentage of 5% for DCC.
3 The ATM has not returned my bank card, what should I do?
If the machine does not return your card, please contact your bank. All cards which are not returned will be destroyed, to prevent misuse. Therefore, we cannot return your card, please contact your bank to apply for a new bank card.
4 What do I have to do if the ATM takes my money back?
In most cases the amount taken will be credited back to your bank account soon. You can start a new withdrawal. Please contact your bank if this doesn't occure. Your bank will start the internationally customary procedure with Geldmaat to correct it.
5 The amount received from my account is not correct. What should I do?
If the amount received is incorrect, please contact your bank. Your bank will start the internationally customary procedure with Geldmaat to correct it.

1 Am I allowed to deposit banknotes into an ATM of Geldmaat?
Your bank determines whether you can use the bill deposit option at our ATMs and the maximum amount you can deposit. Please consult your bank for more information.
2 How much money am I allowed to deposit?
Your bank sets the maximum amount you can deposit. The maximum number of banknotes a machine can handle is 200. If you want to deposit more than 200 banknotes, you must make more than one deposit. Visit your bank’s website for information about the maximum amount of money you can deposit.
3 How long does it take for my deposit to be credited to my account?
Your deposit is credited immediately. However, this can be delayed due to a malfunction at Geldmaat or at your bank. The amount will be credited automatically as soon as the malfunction is resolved.
The deposit can also be delayedif there is any doubt about the authenticity of the notes. Please contact your bank if you have any questions about counterfeit banknotes.
